About the Foxtrot.

Impossible to miss on the north side of 8th Ave S, the mixed-use four story Foxtrot building features an iconic modern style, and is located 10 minutes from Broadway. The Foxtrot has been designed and carefully thought out since 2019, but is the result of a vision that stretches back to the early 2000's. The first floor features a multi-level event room and full-service office space, Floors two, three, and four contain luxury apartments which are the pride of the building. Above them, the rooftop space, which is also perfect for events, has grand views of downtown. The Foxtrot is in a vibrant neighborhood with an antique flair called "Melrose".
